Triumph Scrambler 2008 By Spirit Of The Seventies

Spirit Of The Seventies

Triumph Scrambler 2008

"Nuno is a London-based architect who has been flying around the capital on his 2008 Triumph Scrambler for a few years. He's been tinkering with his bike for a while, a few mods here and there, but he asked us to make a few more from stuff he'd sourced from around the globe, plus some of our own bespoke parts.

So we set about a box of supplied bits and bobs, such as new bars, grips, headlight with grill and lens film, Nissin brake calliper and EBC floating disc, billet front pegs, ignition and reg-rec relocation brackets, new slave cylinder, rear brake light, MAS chain guard etc.

Nuno also wanted us to shorten the subframe, add a "bolt-on" rear frame loop (to avoid stripping/repainting the frame), ally rear fender, a Spirit "diamond" solo seat, and a Spirit "Slash-Cut" exhaust system (with wrapped headers, as per Nuno's instructions). The look was finished off with a lovely matt green paint job from Dennis at D-lucks with custom tank badges.

Proof that a few simple, carefully chosen mods can make a big visual and dynamic difference."
